Amplifying Brand Exposure via Creative Approach

Client
Patricks is renowned for its excellence in lifestyle and luxury product photography, while offering prestige hair and skin care products that resonate with the views of a select audience segment.

Problem
Before working with Particularly Broad, Patricks was essentially working off of a product-led marketing strategy where it was only the products that talked-no one else. This severely caged any chance of connecting to the audience on any level.

Objective
The objective was to devise a two-part strategy that:

a) Improved Paid Media performance by driving increased ROAS from 1.9x to 3x across Meta, YouTube, and StackAdapt in one month.

b) Engaged new audiences in the UK, USA, and Australia while developing a new creative direction focusing on people who align with the brand.

Solution
We sparked a new marketing approach that included fitness and product placement, placing Patricks not just as a range of products but a way of life. Our campaign included influencer Chad Hurst, owner of Airlocker, to bring a real and vibrant personality to the brand.

Execution
Our creative strategy and compelling copywriting involved timing the campaign to
BF23/Q3 for amplification. The ad creative fit, aptly named "Fit Grooming," positioned Chad to show how he cared for hair and body with Patricks products in a seamless integration of fitness and grooming.

Results
This innovative approach has reaped some amazing results:
4x ROAS across all campaigns.
Retargeting campaign performed really well with 8x ROAS.

Through that very strategic shift in communications focus-from product-focused to people-centric-the Patrick's brand was able to drive exposure and engagement among new audiences. The work with Specifically Broad improved campaign performance, further cementing Patrick's status as a lifestyle brand speaking to consumers' values and aspirations.
